Month-to-month: Monthly automatic billing is the standard option. Annual payment can also be offered for members who prefer it.
Cancel anytime: Monthly members remain active through the end of their current paid billing period and are not charged again.
Payment grace period: If a payment fails, members receive private email reminders and have a 14-day grace period to update their payment method before benefits are paused.
